It’s that time of year again when we begin to consider all the things we have gone through and done during the last 11 months. Some events we look at with remorse, whereas others elicit a great sense of contentment. While embarking on this intellectual adventure we begin to make all kinds of promises to ourselves regarding which behaviors/events we would like to repeat and which ones should be completely forgotten and sent away into the shredders of Never Never Land!

The New Year always brings with it all kinds of hope and new possibilities. We see it as a chance for making differences in our lives. And when we think of possibilities, we put centralize ourselves in that portrait.

We begin to dream of new potential selves and so begin designing the new ‘Me’, creating an image that is in various ways different from what we are now. Some issues we tend to commonly deal with year after year are certain personality eccentricities, physical appearance, activity level, the way you relate to others, the amount of time you spend with the family or friends and perhaps giving up certain habits like smoking and/or eating junk food.

The lack of legal avenues for migration often forces women to resort to smugglers and other intermediaries, which greatly increases the risk of violence and abuse en route to their destination.
In the receiving countries, stereotypes and discrimination also often lead women to work in unregulated or poorly regulated sectors exposing them to abuses including limited freedom of movement, withholding of wages and documents, low pay, physical violence and sexual abuse.
Sending and destination countries cannot continue to turn a blind eye to the plight of these migrant women, the need for whose labour is actually increasing.

The Philippines has experienced temperature spikes brought about by climate change. It has been observed that warming is experienced most in the northern and southern regions of the country, while Metro Manila has warmed less than most parts. In addition, the regions that have warmed the most (northern Luzon, Mindanao) have also dried the most. Largest precipitation trends are about 10 percent during the 20th century.

Breastfeeding is the feeding of an infant or young child with breast milk directly from female human breasts  rather than from a baby bottle or other container. Babies have a sucking reflex that enables them to suck and swallow milk. It is recommended that mothers breastfeed for six months or more, without the addition of infant formula or solid food. After the addition of solid food, mothers are advised to continue breastfeeding for at least a year, and can continue for two years or more.
Human breast milk is the healthiest form of milk for babies.There are few exceptions, such as when the mother is taking certain drugs or is infected with human T-lymphotropic virus, HIV, or has active untreated tuberculosis. Breastfeeding promotes health and helps to prevent disease.Artificial feeding is associated with more deaths from diarrhea in infants in both developing and developed countries.

First of all I want to greet you a pleasant day upon reading.Mr.President I know that being a president is a hard work.I just want you that you must help our country for our crisis,the people that need your help because of poberty,the people that has no money to buy medicine.I hope you can do that,and oneday i hope that you can change our country for being 2nd country using drugs in the world
